“If you want to find the secrets of the Universe, think in terms of energy, frequency, and vibration.”
“If you want to find the secrets of the Universe, think in terms of energy, frequency, and vibration.”
“A tree is beautiful, but what’s more, it has a right to life;
like water, the sun, and the stars, it is essential. Life on Earth is inconceivable without trees. ”
Living trees are vital for life. Providing numerous ecosystem services, oxygen, air purification, shelter, climate & weather balance, and beauty. They are a mirror to our own lives, teaching us patience, resilience, generosity, and the interconnectedness of all things, from a single acorn to a vast forest.
JOIN US FOR A FREE, 20-MINUTE WEEKLY GATHERING WHERE WE COME TOGETHER IN LOVE, GRATITUDE, AND HEART COHERENCE TO HONOR THE TREES AND FORESTS THAT SUSTAIN LIFE ON EARTH
Inspired by the HeartMath Institute's Tree Rhythms project, the Living Tree Collaborative invites participants to connect consciously with the natural world - aligning our hearts with the living energy fields of trees.
Each week we gather in unified resonance and heart-centered coherence, offering appreciation and love to the trees and forests of our Earth.
Together, we breathe, connect, and radiate care — strengthening the living web that connects us all.
Our shared intention for the well-being of trees amplifies when we come together in this way and ripples out new possibilities. This weekly gathering is for those of us who are ready for a new paradigm of harmony and respect for Nature.
Together, we will:
Center ourselves in calm, loving awareness.
Send gratitude and restorative intention to forests around the world.
Deepen our personal sense of connection with nature's intelligence.
* This is a simple, peaceful practice - no experience required.
Just bring your open heart and willingness to connect. *
🌲 When: TUESDAYS / 7PM PST
Where: Zoom (link provided upon registration)
Cost: FREE - a gift of love for the trees and each other.
Each session lasts about 20 minutes and includes a brief introduction, a guided heart-coherence meditation, and a closing reflection.

Let's come together to give back to the forests that give us breath and life.
Facilitated by Nicole Martel, a lifelong advocate for forest protection and the sacred relationship between humans and trees.
THE POWER OF THE COLLECTIVE
Imagine a world in which shared intention has the capacity to influence our collective well-being. Research into group meditation offers compelling insights into this possibility. One of the most well-known examples, often referred to as the Maharishi Effect, observed that when large groups engaged in meditation for peace, surrounding communities experienced measurable reductions in crime and violence. While the mechanisms are still being explored, these findings invite us to consider the profound impact of collective consciousness.
At the same time, trees and forests across the planet are facing unprecedented stress—from climate change, deforestation, fragmentation, and pollution—despite the essential role they play in sustaining all life. They regulate water cycles, stabilize soils, moderate climate, support biodiversity, and quietly give far more than they receive. This collective practice offers a way to consciously give back.
Studies of group meditation suggest that when individuals come together with a shared focus, their combined attention can generate a state of coherence—sometimes described as a harmonious or amplified field—that extends beyond individual experience. Participants often report deeper calm, clarity, and connection compared to solitary practice. In some studies, coordinated meditation has coincided with measurable social benefits, pointing to the potential influence of shared intention on the wider environment.
From both contemplative traditions and emerging science, a common theme arises: our thoughts, words, emotions, and intentions matter. As cellular biologist Bruce Lipton describes in The Biology of Belief, human consciousness plays a role in shaping biological and environmental outcomes. While interpretations vary, this perspective aligns with a growing understanding that we are not separate from the systems we inhabit—we are participants within them.
Modern physics, too, offers language that helps us explore this interconnectedness. Concepts such as coherence, resonance, and fields provide understanding of how collective states may influence complex systems. While science continues to investigate these dynamics, lived experience consistently shows that intentional gathering can generate powerful, shared states of awareness.
The Living Tree Collaborative is an invitation to bring this collective presence into practice—specifically in service of Earth’s trees and forests. Through regular group meditation and heart-centered intention, we gather to foster protection, health, harmony, and well-being for the living beings who sustain our planet.
Each of us carries the capacity to contribute to the greater good. When we come together in reverence for trees, we remember our place within the living web of life. As we align with this deeper truth, meaningful change—both subtle and profound—becomes possible.
Thank you for joining us.
It was a joy and honor to create this humble art installation with a community of amazing woman who care for our trees and forests as much as I do. Our trees and forests need our help more than ever! Please consider researching where you can help in your local area or beyond to advocate for these magnificent, sentient beings that give so generously in many ways. Thank You 🙏
What is authenticity? What does it mean to be authentic? You might be thinking, Wait, what do you mean I’m not being authentic? Don’t worry, we’re right there with you. Most of the time, we are identified with our personality, our thoughts, our emotions, and circumstances but that’s not who we really are. There is a deeper state of being that is free from identifications and full of aliveness, calm, light, and unconditional love.
Come join me and my fellow laughter yoga leader, Cherie Kephart, for an interactive workshop where you will discover your truest self through the power of laughter.
Laughter is like a truth serum, it reveals what is most honest and real for us at any moment. It’s not about laughing over or through your pain, discomfort, and denser emotions. It’s about being with, acknowledging, and accepting where you are at and then recognizing the infinite potential within you. Through a series of inspired practices and movements, you will experience the alchemy of laughter, leaving you feeling energized, empowered, and trusting your own heroic nature to create an authentic life of joy, peace, and freedom.
We are looking forward to laughing with you!
